Viraj Steel and Energy was incorporated in the year 2004 under an MOU with the state Govt Odisha. The plant established at Gurupali in Sambalpur. It is a 0.3 MTPA fully integrated steel plant with 28MW CPP and 0.3 MTPA TMT Rolling Mill.
Viraj Steel and Energy Ltd. comes under the Flagship of Ahluwalia Group of Companies. Ahluwalia Group has a varied experience of 40 years in the field of Mining, Iron, Steel manufacturing and Power.
